6. aych it will happen now m8 cause us youth want it and we are not relying on our adults to do it for us, stand up and be counted is what I was taught and that’s what im doing, and its only cynical if you allow the past to keep holding you back from what you want now.

   Who fought against those in Kent, not the Romany and that’s a fact. But international Roma day is not just for the European roma my m8 it was our Romany people too that got this day here in England so it is for us all. So chin up we will make a change if we stand together.

8. this may seem cynical, but why now? not too many years ago all hell broke lose in Kent about Romany refugees seeking sanctuary and look at the little the Government did, for decades we have been persecuted and treated like trash, when has Roma day ever been Nationally heralded by the press or the Governement, our dead lay across the world over two world wars without a mention, our country has done next to nothing for our people at the UN and now they want to give us our "special" day; why now?
